Konstantine Vikulkin

My name is Konstantine, and I'm the owner of KV-PRO. I moved to the United States from Ukraine and made Chattanooga my home. I'm a family-oriented Christian, and I started KV-PRO with a simple goal: to build an honest local business, do quality work, and serve the community where my family and I live.

I have 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, home improvement, woodworking, and repair projects. Today I specialize in wood and aluminum fences, gates, railings, deck and porch repairs, stairs, pergolas, and general wood repairs, as well as fence and deck painting.

Over time, I've had the privilege of working with homeowners throughout the Chattanooga area, including people I've met through local Presbyterian, Baptist, and Methodist church communities. Faith, honesty, and treating people with respect are important to me, regardless of a customer's background or beliefs.

KV-PRO has completed projects across Chattanooga and the surrounding communities — see the project gallery for some of them. My goal is to build a local reputation one successful project and one satisfied customer at a time.

You're Dealing Directly With Me

When you contact KV-PRO, you're dealing directly with me. I personally meet with homeowners, discuss the project, provide a free estimate, and make sure the work is done properly. I believe in straightforward communication and clear pricing — no hidden charges and no unnecessary surprises.

The Projects I Focus On

KV-PRO specializes in small to mid-size residential projects — generally up to about $15,000. Most are completed within two weeks, depending on the scope, weather, and material availability. These are the projects where I can give each customer personal attention, direct communication, and hands-on quality control.

For very large projects that need a big crew or an extended construction schedule, a larger contractor may be a better fit — and I'll tell you that honestly.
